Project requirements and tasks
IT projects can be very different: for software or product development, for migrations, they can be cross-departmental or cross-location, small-scale or as an entire project portfolio - if they are well led and managed, they run smoothly. But often quality and risk management are neglected. It can happen that the quality of the developed software parts is not sufficient to integrate them into a target product.
Just as important are other so-called "knowledge areas", which are defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or the PRINCE2 framework: scope, time and cost management, human resources, communication management and procurement. It is crucial that project staff know these and understand the process.
It is precisely this understanding and awareness of project management that we bring with us.
