SSL OR TLS ENCRYPTION

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as site operator. They are either stored temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your end device. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or until they are automatically deleted by your web browser.

In some cases, cookies from third-party companies may also be stored on your end device when you enter our site (third-party cookies). These enable us or you to use certain services of the third-party company (e.g. cookies for the processing of payment services).

Cookies have various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary, as certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. the shopping basket function or the display of videos). Other cookies are used to evaluate user behaviour or display advertising.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process (necessary cookies) or to provide certain functions that you have requested (functional cookies, e.g. for the shopping basket function) or to optimise the website (e.g. cookies to measure the web audience) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, unless another legal basis is given. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of his services. If consent to the storage of cookies has been requested, the storage of the cookies in question will be carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO); the consent can be revoked at any time.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Insofar as cookies are used by third-party companies or for analysis purposes, we will inform you separately about this within the framework of this data protection declaration and, if necessary, request your consent.

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b DSGVO if your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO), provided that the enquiry was made.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage or the purpose for which the data is stored no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your inquiry including all personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

YOUTUBE WITH EXTENDED DATA PROTECTION

This website integrates videos from YouTube. The operator of the site is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

We use YouTube in advanced privacy mode. According to YouTube, this mode means that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this site before they watch the video. However, the enhanced privacy mode does not necessarily preclude sharing information with YouTube partners. For example, YouTube connects to the Google DoubleClick network whether or not you are watching a video.

As soon as you start a YouTube video on this website, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to associate your browsing habits directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

Furthermore, YouTube can store various cookies on your end device after starting a video or use comparable recognition technologies (e.g. device fingerprinting). In this way, YouTube can obtain information about visitors to this website. This information is used, among other things, to gather video statistics, improve the user experience and prevent fraud.

It is possible that after the start of a YouTube video, further data processing operations may be triggered, over which we have no influence.

YouTube is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.

Weitere Informationen über Datenschutz bei YouTube finden Sie in deren Datenschutzerklärung unter: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

GOOGLE MAPS

This site uses the map service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To use the functions of Google Maps it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and easy findability of the locations we have indicated on the website. This represents a legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; consent may be revoked at any time.

More information on the handling of user data can be found in the privacy policy of Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

GOOGLE RECAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

With reCAPTCHA it should be checked whether the data input on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is done by a human being or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor on the basis of various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, duration of the website visitor's stay on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place.

The storage and analysis of the data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting his web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM. If consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 letter a DSGVO; consent may be revoked at any time.

For more information about Google reCAPTCHA, please see the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Use at the following links: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de und https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=de.

Data processing

Among other things, we use online conference tools for communication with our customers. The tools we use in detail are listed below. If you communicate with us by video or audio conference via the Internet, your personal data is collected and processed by us and the provider of the respective conference tool.

The conferencing tools collect all information that you provide/set to use the tools (email address and/or your phone number). Furthermore, the conference tools process the duration of the conference, start and end (time) of participation in the conference, number of participants and other "context information" related to the communication process (metadata).

Furthermore, the provider of the tool processes all technical data required for the processing of online communication. This includes, in particular, IP addresses, MAC addresses, device IDs, device type, operating system type and version, client version, camera type, microphone or loudspeaker and the type of connection.

If content is exchanged, uploaded or otherwise made available within the tool, it is also stored on the servers of the tool providers. Such content includes, but is not limited to, cloud recordings, chat/ instant messages, voicemail uploaded photos and videos, files, whiteboards and other information shared while using the Service.

Please note that we do not have full influence on the data processing procedures of the tools used. Our possibilities are largely determined by the corporate policy of the respective provider. Further information on data processing by the conference tools can be found in the data protection declarations of the tools used, which we have listed below this text.

Purpose and legal basis

The conference tools are used to communicate with prospective or existing contractual partners or to offer certain services to our customers (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO). Furthermore, the use of the tools serves to generally simplify and accelerate communication with us or our company (legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Insofar as consent has been requested, the use of the tools in question is based on this consent; consent may be revoked at any time with effect for the future;

Storage duration

The data collected directly by us via the video and conference tools will be deleted by our systems as soon as you request us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage or the purpose for which the data was stored no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your end device until you delete them. Mandatory legal retention periods remain unaffected.

We have no influence on the storage period of your data, which is stored by the operators of the conference tools for their own purposes. For details, please contact the operators of the conference tools directly.

Used conference tools

We use the following conference tools:

SKYPE FOR BUSINESS

We use Skype for Business. The provider is Skype Communications SARL, 23-29 Rives de Clausen, L-2165 Luxembourg. Skype is certified according to the EU-US Privacy Shield. Details of data processing can be found in Skype's privacy policy: https://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement/.

Conclusion of a contract for order processing

We have concluded a contract for order processing with the provider of Skype for Business and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Skype for Business.

HANDLING OF APPLICANT DATA

We offer you the opportunity to apply for a job with us (e.g. by e-mail, by post or via online application form). In the following we will inform you about the scope, purpose and use of your personal data collected during the application process. We assure you that the collection, processing and use of your data will be in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and all other legal requirements and that your data will be treated in strict confidence.

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

If you send us an application, we process your associated personal data (e.g. contact and communication data, application documents, notes taken during job interviews, etc.) to the extent that this is necessary to decide on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is § 26 BDSG-neu under German law (initiation of an employment relationship), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (general contract initiation) and - if you have given your consent - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Consent may be revoked at any time. Within our company, your personal data will only be passed on to persons involved in the processing of your application.

If the application is successful, the data submitted by you will be stored in our data processing systems on the basis of § 26 BDSG-neu and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the purpose of carrying out the employment relationship.

Retention period of the data

If we are unable to offer you a job, if you reject a job offer or if we withdraw your application, we reserve the right to keep the data you have submitted with us for up to 6 months from the end of the application procedure (rejection or withdrawal of the application) on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO). The data will then be deleted and the physical application documents destroyed. The storage serves in particular as evidence in the event of a legal dispute. If it is evident that the data will be required after the 6-month period has expired (e.g. due to an imminent or pending legal dispute), the data will only be deleted when the purpose for further storage no longer applies.

A longer storage period can also take place if you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 letter a DSGVO) or if legal storage obligations prevent deletion.

PERSONIO

In the area of HR management, we use the "Personio" software from the company Personio GmbH, Rundfunkplatz 4, 80335 Munich, Germany. If you use the application via the contact form provided for this purpose, your data will be forwarded to Personio GmbH and processed. If you apply via the linked recruiting page, you will be forwarded to the recruiting page of KYBEIDOS at Personio. For your application via the online form, the latest version of the data protection declaration stated there applies (https://kybeidos-jobs.personio.de/privacy-policy?language=de).

ADMISSION TO THE APPLICANT POOL

If we do not make you a job offer, there may be the possibility of including you in our pool of applicants. If you are accepted, all documents and details from your application will be transferred to the applicant pool so that we can contact you in the event of suitable vacancies.

Admission to the applicant pool is based solely on your express consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). This consent is voluntary and has no relation to the current application procedure. The person concerned can revoke his or her consent at any time. In this case, the data will be irrevocably deleted from the applicant pool unless there are legal reasons for retention.

The data will be irrevocably deleted from the applicant pool no later than two years after consent has been given.

We want you to feel comfortable using our website and therefore we would like to make the data processing on our website as transparent as possible. To this end, you will find on this page all the information on the technologies used, integrated providers and your personal data processed by us. In addition, you can subsequently change your selected website settings.
